Fast Customer Response

There is nothing more frustrating than waiting on hold with some company. Music playing repeatedly. I actually had a great customer service experience tonight. I called ING Direct, and was hooked up with an operator nearly instantly. Not even a single voicemail menu to go through. If only every company adopted this approach.
